A snow-covered lane beside a fenced field on a clear winter morning
A muddy track lined with bare, ivy-covered trees under a grey sky
Snowdrops flowering among fallen leaves in front of an old red brick wall
Snow in the yard between the boarded-up farmhouse and a brick outbuilding
Woodland carpeted in ivy, with ivy-covered trees and autumn leaves

Newham Hall Farm is a farm from the 1700s on the edge of Middlesbrough, near Coulby Newham, in North Yorkshire. After standing empty for several years, it was bought in 2025 by two doctors who are bringing it back to life.

This blog follows the restoration as it happens. Start with our first post, Bringing Newham Hall Farm Back to Life, or see all posts.
